  Tesco驗廠由QMS和COC組成，即質量管理系統和社會責任，但是主要關注質量管理體系部分，COC部分大致分為：公司程序文件，員工工資工時考勤，員工福利，職業健康安全，工廠現場消防安排，社會責任程序文件，QMS部分大致分為：生產能力評估，金屬利器管控，生產質量管理。要求比較高，報告Tesco接受才視為通過。
